time for the weekly foodie post!

it’s indian food at Herbs & Spices at upper thomson with foodie pals- bee and jawei! jawei amuses me to no end. and bee amuses me to no eyes too. i mean end.

above- briyani rice, which was surprisingly good, ghobi manchurian (which tastes like sweet and sour pork hahahah) and butter chicken. i remembered butter chicken being alot nicer.. maybe it’s just this place.

we also had two naans. nothing special.

something paneer. it’s pureed spinach with cottage cheese cubes. MY FAVOURITE of the night.

this is mutton kebabs. they came out GREEN omg. i dont like green eggs and ham. but anyway, this turned out to be really good. no idea why it is green though.

dessert is from their italian menu (yes they got an indian menu and an italian menu. make up your mind already. but well.. as long as the food’s good..). this is italian pancakes with nutella wrapped inside and caramelised sugar on top. damn good!

SEE THE HAZELNUT CHOCOLATE OOZE OUT.wooooo.

jawei says must put the straws together. ‘like couple!’ uhm. ok. HAHAH. this is pappadum (”i want to marry the guy who invented pappadum”), mango lassi and sweet lassi.

yay i am happy and well fed and ready to chiong for another week.
